1. Initial Consultation

Phone call at the client’s convenience to discuss the film, its content, and tone. We will also discuss the occasion(s) that the film will be shown, and various options for length and formats.

2. Planning

Reel Tributes will put together a production schedule and budget, and craft tailored interview questions for the film.

3. Adding Content

Client will collect and organize pictures, videos, and other materials for the film. Those items can be uploaded to the collaborative My Reel Tribute page. Reel Tributes can also scan and enhance physical copies.

4. Production & Editing

Using the latest high-definition equipment, we will conduct interviews at a convenient time and place. Our professional interviewer will create a relaxed environment for the interview. Next, our team of expert editors will turn the interviews, pictures, and music into a timeless film.

5. Final Delivery

Once the film is complete, we will deliver the high-resolution files on a USB drive. The drive will include any pictures or other materials digitized for the client. We will also mail copies of DVDs in luxury custom-made DVD cases. In addition, we will post the films online — on the password-protected My Reel Tribute website — so they can easily be shared with friends and family around the world.

Throughout the process, a single Reel Tributes producer will be responsible for your project. He or she will know your project in depth and will be at your service to answer questions and provide advice from the day we start until the film is completed.
